The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organised Stores Administrator to join our Logistics department. This non-operational role is key to driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall efficiency of our stores operations. As a Stores Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing stores systems and ensuring process excellence.
- Supporting the Stores Manager with KPI reporting and offering area improvement ideas.
- Handling invoice, technical, and non-conformance queries.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
- Conducting internal and external audits and assisting with audit walkarounds
- Managing contractors and conducting racking compliance inspections.

- Proven experience in warehouse operations and stock management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and System 21 (Indigo).
- Data analytics experience
- Lean Six Sigma or DMAIC experience is an advantage.
- Reach Counterbalance & Powered Pallet Truck License (Desirable).
