About The Role

As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you’ll play a key part in helping our brands grow. You’ll assist in the delivery of marketing activity while working closely with sales and commercial teams to turn great ideas into real results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing and sales activity across the business
  • Help create engaging marketing materials that deliver brand and commercial objectives
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and wider teams on campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist with gathering insights, tracking performance, and reporting on results
  • Help maintain accurate records, presentations, and sales materials
  • Assist with customer, category, or campaign activity as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and share ideas that help the business grow
  • Get involved in helping the wider team during busy periods or when additional cover is needed

About You

  • You will have a Business or Marketing Degree or similar Marketing qualification up to Level 2 ideally
  • Bringing a passion for brands and a deep curiosity of people and their motivations.
  • Having experience in retail or FMCG to understand the dynamics between brands and retail customers
  • Being a real foodie and someone who keeps an eye on emerging food trends will be a big advantage
  • Having a basic awareness of core marketing competencies, particularly insight and analysis
  • As an individual you will be open to learning, happy to get stuck in and be organised and proactive in your work
