Would you like to join us as a Standard Pre-Bake Operative? You will work as part of the Pre-Bake team in a busy food production area. You will help prepare products before they are baked. You will move trays and products, follow set processes, and carry out basic checks to make sure products are safe and meet the right quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare products for the baking process
- Follow work instructions and set processes
- Load and move trays safely
- Check products for weight, size, and appearance
- Carry out basic quality and production checks and make sure products are ready for the next stage
- Keep products moving through the process on time
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety rules
