Account Manager

• Deliver sales, volume and profit targets across your customer portfolio.
• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned to customer and company objectives.
• Create and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) where appropriate.
• Drive increased distribution and visibility of key branded products through permanent and seasonal opportunities.
• Plan and deliver profitable promotional activity that generates incremental growth.
• Review performance regularly with internal stakeholders and customers, identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Marketing teams on product launches, development and category opportunities.

• Proven experience managing grocery accounts within an FMCG business.
• Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
• A track record of delivering profitable growth and developing customer relationships.
• Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A self-motivated approach with the drive to continuously improve and adapt.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• A North West base or willingness to work from Trafford Park.
