We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Systems Coordinator to join our Group Procurement team. This is a varied role that combines systems administration, process improvement, reporting, and team coordination. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation across the procurement function by developing systems, automating processes, improving reporting capabilities, and supporting procurement operations.  Working closely with procurement colleagues, IT providers, and key stakeholders across the business, you will help improve efficiency, governance, visibility, and user experience across a range of procurement systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and enhance procurement systems, including SharePoint, Teams and other procurement platforms, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly and fit for purpose.
  • Design and implement Power Apps, workflows and automation solutions to streamline procurement processes and reduce administrative burden.

  • Document procurement processes, procedures and governance controls, driving continuous improvement and supporting data accuracy.
  • Coordinate procurement administration activities, including meetings, events, supplier communications, new starter onboarding and wider team support.
