As Supply & Demand Planner, you'll take ownership of forecasting and supply plans for a designated category, balancing customer demand with optimal stock levels to ensure excellent service while controlling costs. You'll provide rolling forecasts, analyse trends and work collaboratively across the business to proactively manage supply chain challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage accurate demand forecasts, considering seasonality, promotions and product launches.
- Plan and order stock from both internal manufacturing sites and external suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels, service performance and wastage, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and key internal stakeholders.
- Analyse data and produce reports to support business decisions and KPI performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.

- Previous experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Materials Planning, Production Planning or Inventory Planning.
- Experience of planning within a manufacturing, production or supply chain environment.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory and demand planning principles.
