About The Role

Are you passionate about creating great learning experiences through technology? Do you enjoy improving systems, driving engagement and helping people access the learning they need to succeed? As LMS Lead, you play a key role in shaping how learning is delivered across our business. We are implementing a new LMS across the Group and you will own that rol out and system development end to end from go live through to developing a mature platform.

You will deliver phase one and a roadmap for what comes next, managing the supplier and key stakeholder relationships and driving adoption across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management and development of the Learning Management System.
  • Act as the main point of contact for LMS users, stakeholders and external system providers.
  • Manage LMS configuration, user permissions, learning pathways and system updates.
  • Work with learning and business teams to upload, organise and maintain learning content.
  • Monitor system performance, learner engagement and completion rates, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure learning records are accurate and compliant with internal and external requirements.
  • Support reporting needs by creating dashboards, analysing data and tracking key learning metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the learner experience through system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Provide guidance, training and support to colleagues using the LMS.
  • Stay informed on learning technology trends and recommend new functionality or best practice approaches.
About You

  • Implemented and owned an LMS, ideally multi-site
  • Can turn business requirements into system solutions and use reporting to back up decisions
  • System testing, change management and supporting users through implementation
  • Built digital learning content using authoring tools
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
