The Opportunity
You’ll be at the heart of our improvement journey—identifying opportunities, leading projects, and embedding sustainable change across the site.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analysing production data, downtime trends, and OEE performance to uncover improvement opportunities
- Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies
- Driving root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) to resolve recurring issues
- Facilitating Kaizen workshops and engaging teams in problem-solving activities
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and best practices
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Planning teams
- Monitoring KPIs and maintaining dashboards to track progress and performance
- Supporting automation, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives
The Ideal Candidate

- Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex production dataProven experience using CI tools (Lean, Six Sigma,

- Confident using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Track record of delivering measurable improvements
