The Opportunity

You’ll be at the heart of our improvement journey—identifying opportunities, leading projects, and embedding sustainable change across the site.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analysing production data, downtime trends, and OEE performance to uncover improvement opportunities
  • Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies
  • Driving root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) to resolve recurring issues
  • Facilitating Kaizen workshops and engaging teams in problem-solving activities
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and best practices
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Planning teams
  • Monitoring KPIs and maintaining dashboards to track progress and performance
  • Supporting automation, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives
The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex production dataProven experience using CI tools (Lean, Six Sigma,
  • TPM)
  • Confident using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Track record of delivering measurable improvements
