The Opportunity
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining reliability and compliance by carrying out high quality planned and reactive work. Providing timely repairs to critical site services as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting compliance by conducting routine site service activities including but not limited to; water system flushing, refrigeration, emergency light function and discharge testing, surveying electrical sockets for safety and function, calibration of pH probes, performing daily boiler checks and carrying out quarterly replacement of air handling unit filters.

Supporting and monitoring contractor activity.

Carrying out basic landscaping / grounds maintenance.

Mechanical maintenance of fan cool units in celling voids.

Conducting light building fabric repairs.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Experience working with and maintaining boilers

Engineering Qualification at level 3 NVQ equivalent or above

Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn
