As a Skilled Brocool Operative, you will work as part of the Low Risk team in a busy food production area. You will prepare and cook products safely and make sure they meet the right quality standard. You will use scanners, ovens, and other machines and support the team with day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare products for cooking and production
- Use scanners, ovens, and other machines safely
- Set up and check ovens and equipment before use
- Follow recipes, work instructions, and production plans
- Check the quality and temperature of cooked products
- Make basic adjustments and deal with day-to-day problems
- Complete all paperwork clearly and accurately
- Record product checks, temperatures, and production details
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety rules
