Would you like to join us as a Line Operative? You will work as part of a busy food production team. You will prepare, make, and check products to the required standard. You will follow set processes and help keep the line running safely and on time. This is a hands-on role that involves standing for long periods and carrying out repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow work instructions and set processes
- Operate production equipment safely when needed
- Check products for weight, size, quality, and appearance
- Report any quality, food safety, or equipment issues
- Complete basic production checks and records
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety rules
